PinoyVA is a white-labeled platform designed to connect clients with global talent. Welandit Ltd manages branding and user interface; niceboard.co powers the technical infrastructure.
2. Third-Party Involvement
niceboard.co is responsible for core functionality, system maintenance, and uptime. Welandit Ltd does not control backend operations.
3. User Responsibilities
Use the platform legally and ethically.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Do not reverse engineer, misuse, or share access.
4. Support and Maintenance
Welandit Ltd provides primary support. Certain technical issues may be escalated to niceboard.co.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain rights to your data (e.g., resumes, applications).
Use is subject to our Privacy Policy.
niceboard.co is contractually bound to uphold data confidentiality.
6. Limitations of Liability
Welandit Ltd is not responsible for outages or losses originating from niceboard.co. Users agree to niceboard.co's terms where applicable.
